He has gained considerable experience in complex extraordinary transactions and reorganization, providing assistance to Italian and multinational companies operating in various industrial sectors. Marco has also an expertise in the field of intellectual property law.

He has substantial experience with contractual matters and in the field of civil, corporate and commercial litigation.

Marco is also involved in the development of the firm’s Latin American practice aimed at assisting Latin American clients operating or intending to enter the Italian market and Italian clients undertaking an internationalization process towards Latin America.

Before founding De Lorenzi Micciché Scalera Spada – Avvocati Associati, Marco worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton until 2015 and with the firm of Professor G. Scorza until 2006.
