Daniele mainly deals with acquisitions, private equity and corporate and financial markets law, assisting in the context of both extraordinary transactions and ordinary business activities.

Daniele has significant experience in assisting Italian and foreign entrepreneurs, companies and private equity funds in complex shares/assets acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, mergers, de-mergers and reorganizations in a number of industrial sectors (luxury, real estate, cosmetics, IT, energy, port areas, mechanical engineering, food, etc.).

He regularly assists listed and non-listed companies on issues of shareholders relationships, corporate governance, disclosure, corporate groups, directorship agreements, management incentive plans as well as commercial contracts and corporate documentation.

Prior to joining De Lorenzi Micciché Scalera Spada – Avvocati Associati, Daniele was a partner at Cornelli Gabelli e Associati until 2024, a partner at Lombardi e Associati until 2019 and worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton from 2000 to 2009.
